Hongni Ye

Hongni Ye is a PhD candidate at HKUST (Guangzhou) under Prof. Dr. Xin Tong, specializing in Extended Reality (XR), generative AI, and embodied interaction design. With prior experience as a research assistant at the DKU HCI Lab and a Master’s in Digital and Interaction from Politecnico di Milano, where she collaborated with Prof. Dr. Tong, Prof. Dr. Ray LC, and Prof. Mario Covarrubias Rodriguez, Hongni focuses on creating innovative prototypes like AI-driven tangible AR for learning.
