Qiyuan Cheng is a research assistant at ARK Lab, HKUST (Guangzhou). His work examines how inclusive digital experiences can empower older adults, combining interaction design, service design, and user research.

By collaborating closely with seniors and caregivers, he investigates co-creative methods that translate accessibility insights into practical product and service concepts.
