Huanyi Wan is a research assistant at ARK Lab, HKUST (Guangzhou). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Technology (Digital Entertainment) from Communication University of China, bringing an interdisciplinary background spanning game design, HCI research, and AI development.
His research focuses on human-AI collaboration, AR/VR systems, and assistive technologies for health and wellbeing. He has contributed to multiple cutting-edge HCI projects, spanning from designing interactive systems that integrate AI agents into AR and web applications to conducting qualitative user studies and developing novel human-AI interaction paradigms.
